Two technologies at the heart of ConcretAir Form performance.
The heart of the stop-end: thousands of vertical threads woven between the two faces of the device. Under pressure these threads work in tension and turn a simple flexible envelope into a rigid, dimensionally stable panel, able to withstand the pressure of fresh concrete without deforming, with excellent torsion resistance.

A textured 1,100 g/m² tarpaulin fabric wrapping the device: concrete bonds to it naturally, guaranteeing a proper construction joint, no scabbling, no chipping, no jackhammer. Highly abrasion-resistant, waterproof and stable, it provides rigidity and durability over dozens of cycles.
Lay the product flat inside the rebar cage or the block-out.
Connect the manual or electric pump and inflate to working pressure.
Ready for immediate use. End of cycle: suck out the air, remove by hand, rinse with water.
